My Story
I didn't build my career by consulting from the sidelines, I built it from inside law firms.
For more than 20 years, I've worked alongside lawyers, law clerks, legal assistants, and leadership teams, experiencing firsthand the realities of running a successful law practice. I've managed complex operations, led high-performing teams, navigated periods of rapid growth, and supported clients through some of the most difficult moments of their lives.
Those experiences changed the way I think about law firms.
I learned that the biggest obstacles to growth are rarely legal. They're operational.
They're the intake process that leaves a prospective client uncertain.

As a former Chief Operating Officer, I discovered that operational excellence and exceptional client experience are inseparable.
