At AK Legal Operations Group, we believe law firms should not be built on burnout, chaos, or constant crisis. We exist to help law firms become profitable, stable, and deeply human places to work — where great legal work can happen without people being worn down in the process. Law firms are some of the most emotionally intense workplaces that exist. Clients are often in crisis. Stakes are high. Deadlines are unforgiving. Meet Our Founder
Andrea Klein is the founder of AK Legal Operations Group and one of Canada’s leading law-firm operations and culture architects. With more than 20 years inside family law, litigation support, and legal education, Andrea has built her career at the intersection of law, systems, and people.
